佐野 譲

Yuzuru Sano (佐野 譲) is the Founder & CEO of Showplly, a Japan-based company building a patent-backed authenticity verification layer for SNS-native commerce.

In 1991, he co-founded GREEN HOUSE CO., LTD., a Tokyo-based computer peripherals company, and led it for 34 years — growing it to approximately 200 employees and over US$100 million in annual revenue.

Those decades were spent deep in OEM/ODM manufacturing across Taiwan and China. There, he witnessed firsthand how counterfeit and substandard products circulate globally — and how no infrastructure existed to stop them at the source. That experience is the origin of Showplly: not verification as a report, but verification as an input to action.

At its core, Showplly is a technology for verifying the authenticity of digital information itself. Its applications extend well beyond product authenticity in e-commerce — to real-world assets (RWA) and the verification of customs and tariff authenticity. It was developed to address these broader social challenges.

Showplly's core technology was patented in Japan in June 2025, with a PCT international application in progress. The company maintains institutional relationships with Oracle Japan and JETRO.

1991年、東京のコンピュータ周辺機器メーカー GREEN HOUSE CO., LTD. を共同創業。34年間にわたり経営に携わり、従業員約200名・年商100億円超の企業に成長させた。

その34年間、台湾・中国でのOEM/ODM製造の現場に身を置き、偽造品・粗悪品が世界中に流通していく実態を目の当たりにしてきた。「検証は目的ではなく、アクションへの入力である」— Showpllyの原点は、この製造業の現場での実体験にある。

Showpllyは、デジタル情報の真正性を照合可能とする技術である。その応用範囲は広く、ECにおける商品の真正性に留まらず、RWA（実物資産）や関税の真正性の照合をも可能とする。このような社会課題を解決する目的で開発された。

Showpllyのコア技術は2025年6月に日本で特許を取得。PCT国際出願が進行中であり、日本オラクル・JETROとの関係を構築している。
